Our ministry is powered by prayer, and your prayers are needed!

A prayer partner is someone who offers a spiritual sacrifice of prayer for a specific young person registered in our youth ministry.  The prayer commitment can be any one of these offered at least monthly for the young person:

• A privately offered intention when attending a weekday Mass.
• A Eucharistic Holy Hour
• If the prayer partner is unable to offer one of these, he or she may offer a rosary instead.

Whether you are a parent, volunteer or someone who can’t volunteer but wants to help in this way we welcome your involvement.

You will be matched up with a young person for a period of time (usually the academic year). We ask that you not reveal yourself to the young person until the end of the year, when a celebration will be held where youth meet their prayer partners. We ask that no gifts be given, but cards for birthdays, liturgical season or other appropriate circumstances are encouraged.
