Hello everyone, my name is Alice McIntyre, and I am so excited to be one of your missionaries this year!
I am Pacific Northwest born and raised, from Everett, Washington. I just recently graduated from community college, and I spend the last year working as a youth minister at my home parish, St. Mary Magdalen, as well as a preschool teacher at another Catholic school.
After a year of youth ministry, I felt the call to missionary work and intentional Catholic community. Star was the first place I looked to after getting to know last year's missionaries at Ignite Your Torch, and I am so happy the Spirit led me to them!
In my free time, I like to sing sacred music, watch historical dramas, go on hikes, and dabble in various crafts (I'm trying to get into crochet right now).
I am so excited to get to build relationships with the people of this parish, and grow closer to Jesus together with all of you.
